shoes umm whatever it is that you wanted for Christmas.
Can you believe it is 2013 already?! I have no idea where this year has gone. Somehow we survived the first year with twins, having 3 kids 3 yrs old and under and our jobs in 2012. And another year of eating and cooking Gluten Free! WOW!
This is our menu to ring in the New Year!
Monday - Ground Beef Lo Mein - use GF noodles and GF gravy (I use Pacific brand)
Tuesday - Pepperoni Bake
Wednesday - Chicken Fried Rice
Thursday - Beef Non-Stew
Friday - Parmesan Chicken with steamed broccoli and GF noodles - use GF bread crumbs
Saturday - Leftovers
Sides: Monday - Thursday are one dish meals!
I'm not big on New Year's resolutions because I always fall short, but I do plan to continue my morning workouts at the gym. If you are up at 5:30am come join me!
