To give the new Rudi's Orignal white sandwich bread a full review I did a side by side comparison with some old recipe Rudi's I had in the freezer.
The first thing I noticed was the new recipe bread was bigger. Then I toasted both and had them with some scrambled eggs. The new Rudi's bread truly does taste different, better even, and the texture is softer! The new recipe doesn't have the after taste of the old recipe.

To further test the bread I toasted the bread and make a cheese and turkey sandwich. I then put it in a sandwich bag at 9am and let it sit until 1pm for lunch. The bread held up to the time test. It didn't fall apart and still had a great texture and taste!
Rudi's was my #2 favorite Gluten Free bread before the recipe redo but with the new recipe I think I have to move it to my #1 favorite! Way to go Rudi's!
Since the folks at Rudi's were so generous to send me an awesome prize pack and 3 free Rudi's coupons I wanted to share!
