How do you enjoy your chia seeds?  These powerful little seeds are filled with all kinds of goodness like Omega-3, fiber, minerals, protein and antioxidants.  Mamma Chia has created some fabulous target=”_blank”>products that showcase chia seeds.  

If you are looking for tasty snacks, drinks and chia seeds, Mamma Chia has some great options for you.  I recently got to try a Mamma Chia goodie box that included their squeeze pouches, white and black chia seeds, vitality beverages and Chia Vitality. 

We have enjoyed eating and drinking our way through the box of goodies.  The squeeze pouches are a great pick me up snack.  The twins also LOVE them and have devoured all but the 2 I took to work!  The vitality beverages can be found at your local health food store in the refrigerated section.  The drinks taste great, give you energy and fill you up.  I’ve been using the chia seeds in my morning smoothies, see recipe below.  

What You Need:
1 tbsp Mamma Chia Seeds
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 handful spinach
1/2 cup liquid of choice: juice, water, coconut milk, almond milk 

How to Make It:
Layer in a blender glass and blend together.  Enjoy!

This is a very flavorful smoothie that keeps me full for hours!
