Time to plan another week’s worth of Gluten Free dinners!
How is summer going? I’m not sure about you, but I blinked and it was gone! Summer is chaos in our house with kids home and Hubby gone for work. We only have a few weeks before school starts and we are trying to enjoy every last bit of it.
My work life is getting crazier and I’m working a ton more hours so having a plan for dinner is crucial to our survival. If I don’t have a plan the easiest thing to do is just go out to eat and we all know that is hard when living Gluten Free. And just to make life more complicated Hubby and I are attempting to eat paleo, we aren’t 100% in but we are trying to do the best we can.
This is our plan for survival, I mean dinner for this week.
MONDAY – Brown Sugar Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin
TUESDAY – Baked Pork Chops with roasted veggies
THURSDAY – Turkey Meatloaf with steamed veggies
FRIDAY – Leftover Stir Fry with whatever is left
SATURDAY – Date night!
