  1. Hi, how are you amending this? What type of noodles are you using and/or are you making your own noodles. Week 6 of the journey and just received the confirming results last week. need all the help I can get.

  2. Welcome to the Gluten Free world! I wish you luck! If I can help let me know.

I assume you are asking about the lasagna. I bought Gluten Free rice lasagna from Whole Foods. I will post the recipe once I do it.

  3. Planning a weekly menu is a great idea! I'm always scrambling at the last minute figuring out what to cook.

Do you ever feel guilty when you serve your family gluten-filled food? Sometimes I do. I feel like I should try harder to at least reduce the amount of gluten in their food, since even though they might not be as intolerant as I am, there's a lot of evidence out there that gluten is not really that healthy for anybody. Still I like to give them the foods that they love. Or maybe I'm just being neurotic. ;-)

I've given your blog an award to thank you for sharing your gluten free experiences. You can check it out here: http://www.laurawestkong.com/gff/2012/liebster-awards/

  4. Laura,
Thanks for the award! Will pass it forward this week.

The menu helps keep me focused and lets me know what my options are. It makes a big difference.

I hear what you are saying about serving Gluten. If I cook a meal for the family it is Gluten Free, but if I'm not home sometimes it is easier/ cheaper to through together a Gluten filled meal.
