For breakfast I made an egg and cheese bagel sandwich. This was a great start to my day and super filling. I didn't even have to have a mid-morning snack - which says a lot! The taste was very good, I particularly liked the sweetness of the cranberries mixed in with the seeds. The texture has some crunchiness to it since it has so many goodies in it. The calorie count is a touch high but since they were so filling it all equaled out in the end.
I look forward to putting other yumminess in these bagels over the next few mornings!
