This is an easy casserole to customize to your personal likes and how much effort you want to put in it. You can throw in a bag of frozen veggies if you want. You could sauté some onions and mushrooms to mix in with the soup. You could add more meat if you have a bigger family. You get the idea!
What You Need
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 slices of swiss cheese
3 cups of Three Bakers Stuffing mix
1 can of GF cream of mushroom or chicken soup (16 oz)
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of melted butter
Salt and pepper
How To Make It
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x11 casserole dish. Season chicken and arrange in the casserole dish. Top each chicken breast with swiss cheese. Combine the milk and soup then pour in with the chicken. In a bowl combine the melted butter and stuffing mix. Pour into dish. Cover dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
This is a super easy recipe and a big crowd pleaser! This stuffing is so flavorful no one will ever know its Gluten Free! The stuffing on top has a nice crunch while the stuffing that soaks up the soup is moist and tasty!
