May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month

Celiac Disease affects 1 in 133 Americans and less than 17% are diagnosed.  It’s time to start talking about it.

Here is an epic video created by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.

Watch it, share it and help spread the word.  Celiac Disease is genetic, so someone in your family carried the gene to give it to you and you could pass it on to other generations.  This auto-immune disease has over 300 symptoms and masks itself as many other diseases.  If you are concerned or have someone in your life with symptoms, now is the time to get tested and start your new life.

Living Gluten Free is worth it and you can do it!
