My First Fix, Stitch Fix That Is

Yes, I realize that I am behind on getting on the Stitch Fix wagon. A box of clothes that are picked custom for you that arrives at your doorstep is awesome! Each box comes with 5 items that can include shoes, accessories, pants, shirts, sweaters, jackets, dresses and skirts.

Stitch Fix Unboxing

The whole process starts when you fill out a profile with your size, color preferences, style and price range for items. You schedule when you want the box to arrive, try them all out and decide what you want to keep or return. Shipping is FREE for the items you decide not to keep. If you buy all 5 items you get a 25% discount.

The money is also simple. You pay a “styling fee” of $20 to have the box sent to you. The $20 is taken off your total when you purchase any of the items. If you decide not to keep any items you are out the styling fee, so it is worth keeping at least 1 piece.

You can schedule a box every month or whenever you want one.

Stitch Fix Review

My first fix included:

Black Samera Pintuck Detail Blouse $54.00

Black Emer High Waisted Trouser $98.00

Grey Jafar Peplum Back Cardigan $68.00

Black Moyenne V-Neck Blouse $58.00

Black Sines Skinny Lapel Blazer $64.00

I requested business casual and professional clothes and that is exactly what I got. After trying them all on I was amazed with how well everything fit. My favorite items were the grey cardigan and the black blazer.

The cost for all 5 items after the discount and the styling fee was $236.50. Depending on your budget, Stitch Fix can be a good deal and a time saver! I decided to keep the cardigan because it was a unique piece and very versatile. It only cost $48.00 after the styling fee was applied

If you want to try it out just start by making your profile and schedule when you want your box. Keep what you want and return what you don’t. Easy!

Have you tried Stitch Fix before? How often do you get a box?
