Gobble gobble!  Hope your Turkey day was great and you actually got to enjoy some Gluten Free food!  We had two big family get togethers and both had many safe options for the twins and me.  We are so blessed to have supportive family.  It was also wonderful to have five whole days off work and at home with the kids.  We had a ton of fun decorating for Christmas, cooking, making crafts and shopping.

This week it is back to work and school.   Our refrigerator is overrun with leftovers so I will be using them for a couple meals this week.

Tuesday – BBQ Pork in the slow cooker

Wednesday –  Ham and Cheese casserole – using leftover Thanksgiving ham

Thursday –  Chili and mac n cheese 

Friday –  Chicken Piccata – recipe coming this week!!
